Who We Are

Ottawa Pallet Company (ottawapallet.com) is a referral service. We pass quote requests to buy, sell or recycle pallets in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario to partner suppliers in our network. We don't sell pallets or provide pickup or delivery ourselves.

What the Quote Form Collects

When you send a quote request, we collect what you enter:

  • Your first and last name, email address and phone number
  • Your company name and street address, if you give them
  • Your postal or ZIP code
  • The service, pallet grade, quantity and timeframe you choose, and any comments
  • Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your request

We also record basic technical details sent with the request, such as the page you sent it from, how you arrived at the site (for example a search or an ad link) and your browser's IP address and user agent, to prevent spam and understand which pages bring requests.

How Your Request Is Used

Your request goes to the 1DB lead platform, which forwards it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text Messages

If you tick the text message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not required to send a request.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics in cookieless mode where required to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, follow up with you and keep business records, and are then deleted. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email [email protected] or use the contact form.
